Description
Luckily, I got a good number of keepers from my short stay in Manuel Antonio National Park, Costa Rica. This is probably due to the fact that the coastlines look stunning in all types of light. I arrived at this beach in early afternoon, planning to scope out the location prior to the "golden hour." Instead, I was clicking my shutter the whole time! Take this image, for example, of Manuel Antonio in late afternoon. Even before the sun got very low in the sky, the light seemed to be on my side. It turned the sand a warm golden hue, creating an atmosphere that late sunset lighting could not. It also made the jungle look hot and humid, evoking a tropical feeling that any visitor invariably associates with Manuel Antonio, and Costa Rica in general.
